You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across all pillars of the WFP M organization
  • Establish strong partnerships and build trust across the entire WFP M organization
  • Lead cross functional discussions regarding processes with the goal to identify 'Best in Class' 
  • Lead projects and change management efforts to implement new standards across the WFP M organization, obtaining adequate levels of team member buy in with the new standards
  • Assist in documenting processes and creating training (in partnership with WFM University) to ensure adequate training is available for all standards
  • Serves as a key resource in various projects and initiatives across WFP M and acts as the SME on current standards
  • Ensure process audit effectiveness and partner with the appropriate leaders to make adjustments / changes when efficacy is sub-par
  • Ensure WFP M completion rates are meeting the departments' annual goals through consistent visibility in to progress and results for WFP M Leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Workforce Management or Workforce Planning experience
  • 3 years of experience working with Workforce Management metrics and reporting
  • 2 years of experience communicating to all levels of leadership regarding project statuses, risks and mitigation tactics (both verbally and in writing)
  • 2 years of experience demonstrating the ability to think strategically and consider the impact to our customers and the change in value we provide them when making changes to standard processes 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 years of Project Management / Change Management experience
  • Six Sigma green belt or black belt process improvement experience
  • Ability to partner across multiple teams and functions and build strong relationships with all levels of team members (including senior leaders)
  • Ability to be comfortable creating healthy friction and asking questions in the pursuit of shaping WFP M best in class processes
  • Ability to influence across all levels of team members, including senior leaders

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
