You will partner closely with business line product managers and channel marketing partners to develop strategies that drive new-to-Bank acquisition(s).This position requires a self-starter and results-oriented individual who can quickly and effectively respond to the ever-changing needs of the business. The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies leading to measurable results. You will be an early hire of the small business segment marketing team that will help shape integrated marketing strategy at U.S. Bank. Additional responsibilities include: Manages short- and long-term planning, including goal setting; Drives go-to-market strategies, launches, and campaigns, owning the product marketing experience for the small business segment; Owns strategy for segment-specific, multi-channel integrated campaigns; Develops creative and strategic briefs and project manages marketing initiatives from creative development through to launch; Identifies test-and-learn opportunities that will drive measurable results leading to new-to-Bank acquisition(s); Partners with product management, marketing leadership, and channel marketers to develop small business segment-focused marketing strategies; Builds relationships with channel leaders, peers, and internal cross-functional teams; Ensures all campaigns are executed in compliance with all policies, processes, and procedures; Partners with analytics team and channel partners on the development of reporting in order to institute a continuous improvement cycle for all marketing efforts; Sources and analyzes market research, insights, and site data to understand consumer segmentation/behavior and identifies consumer insights to inform strategy; Owns and manages to a segment-specific marketing budget; and Performs other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned or as needs change (at any time, with or without notice).The ideal location for this role is Minneapolis, MN, as well as anywhere in the U.S. Bank 26-state footprint and would be a hybrid work model (three days in office and two from home weekly); however, for highly-qualified candidates, we are open to fully remote candidates outside of the U.S. Bank footprint.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver resultsPreferred Skills/Experience Ten-plus years of work experience in product marketing and growth marketing roles at one or more fast-growing consumer tech companies (fintech a strong plus) and five-plus years of experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams Strong quantitative and analytical abilities: you can pull your own data to answer your questions and develop insights to take action from that data Familiarity with mobile advertising and marketing channels, i.e. paid ads, SEO, DM, email, as well as concepts, i.e., attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods, etc. Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages MBA or equivalent markers of high achievementIf theres anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants (.Benefits:Take care of yourself and your family with U.S. Bank employee benefits.
