The Service Division offers a great working environment for those seeking a professional full-time opportunity as a service associate in a contact center. The Service Division's mission is to provide timely answers, guidance, and support for our clients, branch teams and home office associates to enable an ideal client experience.
Associates hired into the Service Division will complete a learning plan, developing foundational knowledge on much of the core work needed to support our branch teams and clients. Each new associate is assigned a trainer, coach, and team leader. These individuals will all play a role in helping you acclimate to the company and become proficient in your role. Once fully proficient on the foundational work you'll move to another more complex area of the Service Division, where you'll apply your recently gained expertise.
Core hours of operation for most departments within the Service Division are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time, with occasional Saturdays. Schedule assignments will vary depending on business need within each department.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable spending a great deal of time answering phone calls from our clients and branch teams. Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred
Excellent client service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills including effective use of Microsoft Office
Since this is a Home-Based Associate position, you must meet the minimum internet connectivity requirements. A satellite connection for your high-speed internet doesn’t work with our current home-based setup; you need to be on a DSL or a cable high-speed internet connection. The software in the department requires a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed for a single user, 5 Mbps upload speed for a single user, and less than 50 Ping Speed to perform daily functions.
