In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations by remotely driving cross-team collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery with our global development team. What You Will Be Doing

• Project Management: Develop accurate project plans, track plan progress, update stakeholders, and report on project metrics
• Scrum Master: Lead Scrum ceremonies, resolve team sprint issues, and use agile metrics

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Mentoring and teaching other developers
• Serving as a product owner

Scrum Master Key Responsibilities

Facilitating on-time, high-quality project implementation, and delivery

Basic Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a project manager or Scrum master at a software company
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field OR 4 years experience in professional software development
• 4 years of experience in the software field, including experience in a technical role such as software development, systems analysis, or quality assurance
• Able to work a schedule with at least 4 hours of overlap with standard work hours in the Australian Eastern Time Zone

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
