As a Frontend Engineer at Dover, you’ll help solve unique, large-scale, highly-complex technical problems and will build delightful user experiences and scalable frontend systems to make Dover’s recruiting platform accessible to everyone. You’ll also work with our product and engineering teams to build features to enhance user experience. What You’ll Do
- You will design and build software capable of reaching our users
- You will partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to deeply understand the needs of our users and build a product that serves those needs
- You will develop and execute against both short and long-term roadmaps, making effective tradeoffs between business impact, user experience, and a high-quality technical foundation
- You will improve the team and company – you will be an active participant in our culture (mentorship, interviewing, and new initiatives)
- You will support your fellow engineers through feedback, code reviews, and advancement of internal tools and processes
What We’re Seeking
Must have
- BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Prior experience with React, Typescript, and GraphQL
- You find ownership and impact exciting
- You have experience with web application, web development
- You’ve worked in an industry relevant to Consulting, Recruiting, Software
Nice to have
- Experience working with product management, roadmap
- You are energized by working on design, prototyping, and wireframing and UI/UX and user research
